Although we appreciate your feedback, we don’t feel like a 1-star review is what Amelia Lite deserves.
There are a lot of useful features that are included in the Lite version, like adding unlimited services, using “Approved”, “Pending”, and “Event Booked” email and SMS notifications, configuring the basic colors of the booking form, and so on.
Commercial products are not supported in these forums, and unfortunately, there has to be a line where free features are replaced with paid features. Included features of the Lite version are listed in the description of the plugin, and we tend to respond to every pre-purchase question, so we would’ve gladly explained what’s not included in Amelia Lite.
