    Hi @reventlov

I hope you are doing well today.

To be on the same page, do you see that 403 error on hubspot site or on your site after that redirect?

    Kind Regards,
    Kris

    Hi,

It’s on my site after redirect.

    Regards.

    Hi @reventlov

Please make sure that our IPs are not blocked in any way on your site or server. Usually it’s a matter of a security plugin on site or a server-side firewall.

    IPs to check would be

    18.204.159.253
    54.227.51.40

If that is not the case or it doesn’t help, see if you have access to server’s access log (you may need help from your host with this) and see if you have any requests listed there coming from WPMU DEV or HubSpot that have a 403 status listed.

A look at those log entries may show additional IPs and/or user-agent strings that may need to be specifically allowed.

    Kind regards,
    Adam
