infinite loading admin

    Hi,

    I’m trying to view the plugin settings but the admin are never loads. The error below shows up in my log files. Any ideas on what I can try to do to resolve this? Thanks!

    Thank you for reaching out, @daphnetalbot! The issue could potentially be a conflict with another active plugin on your site. Could you please try deactivating each plugin one at a time to see if it resolves the problem?

    Thanks for getting back to me. The site in question is hardly used. I don’t have to change anything on the site in question. I will use another site where the plugin is installed and the admin is accessible.

    I let this go until I have to troubleshoot so we can close this out.

    Hi,
    I have the same problem. I have deactivated all other plugins one by one, and the settings page still will not load. Any ideas? Thank you!
