    Hello, i purchased the unlimited package, my backup file is 1.5gb, when I try to import, it stops at 2.72%

    For pro or commercial product support please contact the developer directly on their site. This includes any pre-sales topics as well.

    As the developer is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums. I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.

    I did this too, the .wpress file size was about 1.6 GB, and resolved my issue with this tricks.

    1. Make sure we have a fresh install WordPress without any plugins installed except All-in-one WP Migration and the unlimitted extension on the new server.
    2. Put the .wpress inside the /public_html/yourwpsite.com/wp-content/ai1wm-backups directory.
    3. Restore your website using All-in-one WP Migration from Backups menu.
