Images not loading

Hi, our wordpress media library is not showing images when not in the WP Admin section (when in https://wordpress.com/media/…), but showing fine in the WP Admin (https://….com/wp-admin/upload.php). The images not displaying in the media section are not actually displaying on pages or posts either. Tried disabling plugins but that didn’t work. Don’t really know when this started. Spoke to our hosting service, they say it’s on the side of WordPress. Any ideas what’s happening?
