I want my clients to be auto responded “Thankyou mail” only in business hours!

If the request is being submitted outside the business hours start time and end time we would like the user to see a warning that their request will be responded to the next business day. Please make the start and end times configurable variables in the scripting. It is currently 08:00 to 20:00.
