Sorry to hear that but don’t worry, I am here to help.
There could be multiple reasons and it’s hard to say anything for sure without checking the error logs, but the three most common issues are:
- uploads folder permissions
- large number of urls (this can be verified by importing within dashboard, if it is successful then we are good on this)
- compatibility issue, either with server or wordpress environment
Please follow this official guide to verify the permissions and if it still did not work then try deactivating all other plugins temporarily, if possible. And you can also try to increase memory limit.
