My website /wp-login.php does not lead to login

/wp-login.php?action=register does not lead to register.

i dont have admin access anymore

What must i do , kindly assist, please.

You have an even bigger problem: none of the subpages of your website can be reached. The start page is always loaded, no matter what you click on.

Overall, this gives me the impression that something is broken in your hosting settings. I would recommend contacting the support of your hoster.
