How to set Restriction on withdraw amount

    How to restrict user for withdrawing only 95% amount not more than that?
    The wallet should remain always 5% balance in the account.

    They will not reply to our queries coz I have tried lots of time by posting on support form and also by sending mail but didn’t get any reply from them.
    They are too busy to support their users.
