how to enable verify user !

    Hi @mehdijabin,

    If you have purchased Verified Users extension you will need to submit your support ticket via our website as we are only allowed to provide support on this forum for the free plugin.
    To submit a ticket, please login to our website using the email used on checkout and go to this page:
    Paid Support

    If you want to enable “Email activation” please go to the Ultimate member -> User roles and your user role -> Registration options section and select “Require email activation” in Registration Status drop down.
