How to create pop-up for downloading files in different formats with elementor?

I offer on my website various pdf files to download, but now I would like to add an extra epub file related to the same files. Does anyone has any suggestion as to how to create perhaps something like a pop-up when clicking the name of the file, so as to choose which format to download? I am using elementor for the pages, and I have the simple download manager plug-in installed, with add-on for removing restrictions as to file formats. I would appreciate advice.  Thank you.
