How can i create automatically thumbnails for videos?

    I have a wordpress video website.I have a lot of videos on my site.All of videos are availbale with iframe(They are not from youtube,dailymotion,video).
    I use streamcherry website.I uploaded videos there.Later i got all of iframe.When i post videos thumbnails do not appear.Only videos appear.I want when i post my videos thumbnails create automatically.How can i do that?
