    Hello there
    How can I allow asking questions without logging in?
    Is there a way I can remove the information next to the questioner?

    Hello @gececi4232 ,
    Thanks for contacting us.

    Currently, customers can not post questions without being logged-in because this plugin sends updates via mail when a question is answered, and we pick the email of logged-in user.

    In your second question, are you referring to username and date in the questions listing?
