Homepage is not working properly

Hey First of all the theme is great the design and the quality.
Now to my problem –On my homepage
On choosing the home page template

Here’s the screenshot – https://drive.google.com/open?id=0B2HktXo-W6TNS1BkOHVxb0pkaXMbut when I’m logged in as the admin the homepage is showing that I should save the options first in the theme options>> Home Page Options Setting but apparently there aren’t any settings related to the homepage, just donation option and featured pages that’s it

Hi guys, thanks for the great theme. I have kind of the same problem. When I see the home page options in the customizer they look fine, but after I save, the fatured pages are not showing. I just can se the “featured page bottom”.
This is how it is supposed to look
