Hello, Instagram slider widget has stopped working using username

    Hello, I have been using social slider widget for wordpress, and it was working perfectly fine until it just stopped doing searches on the basis of username, I have read your other threads, where the support staff said that we should check whether the profile is public or not, but here I have tried public profile’s username as well, like katyperry, justin bieber etc, but it’s still not working.

    While I use hashtag, the images get populated, but when I use username and I mean legit username it says, no images found for this username.

    Please let me know about it.

    According to the new rules of Instagram, some pages are marked as “Adult” and unauthorized users do not see the posts of these pages.
    Since we do not use the Instagram API, the plugin works on behalf of the guest.

    On our part, there is only one solution: to switch to the Instagram API. Then users of the plugin will have to add their instagram account for the plugin to work.

    Remaking the plugin may take some time, so please be patient.
