    Hi,

    I already use Payment Plugins for Stripe WooCommerce on my website. I have seen that google pay is working fine on the chrome browser but it’s not working on firefox. Can you give me some information about that?

    Please check the screenshot. When I use my website on firefox and buy a product with google pay service. The payment option is not working.

    Hi @asrsagar087

    Firefox is recently causing this error because it doesn’t like that the button click results in an API request to WooCommerce first, so that the plugin can calculate the cart totals etc to provide to GPay. That’s necessary to ensure GPay receives the most up to date calculations.

    Chrome doesn’t do this I suspect because GPay is native to that browser. We’re seeing what can be done but this isn’t a plugin bug. It’s an idiosyncrasy of Firefox.

    Per our previous reply, we are seeing what we can do on our end. Working with the Google Pay team is a nightmare, so we won’t get any help from them unfortunately.

    We are looking at only rendering the GPay button on Chrome, since other browsers have quirky behavior with GPay.

    @asrsagar087 We’re actively looking at ways to make the Firefox GPay integration work better. There will be an update in the next release.
