functions in wordpress not working

many functions in WordPress are not working anymore

here are some of them

1 appearance -> customize is totally blank ( blank page
2 when I select “all plugins” ( to apply a bulk action ) not a single plugin is being selected
3 when i create user and i click on “show password” nothing is happening so this means i cannot create a user as i do not know the automated password allowed by wordpress and i cannot even change it as it is only when you click on show password that you can assign your password. i reinstalled wordpress via update section but this did not help at all.

i am sure there are some many other functions not working but only i haven’t discovered them yet. as i discover what is wrong as i need the use the function

could it be the problem with the theme i am using phoenix theme and developper of theme not responding …
