    We are using the FAQ Builder, however the category sorting is not working. Refreshing the page shows them in a random order, and dragging them results in a “true” response from the API request but the order is not updated in the Admin UI.

    Using the FAQ component for Elementor to display the FAQ on the front end works, but the order is also random if you refresh the page.

    Using WordPress 6.4.3 and BetterDocs 3.4.1.

    I am so sorry for the delayed response.

    But I tried to reproduce your issue on my end but couldn’t do that. Please see the screencast here: https://d.pr/v/20H4uw

    Can you please check if you are using any caching plugins or not?
    If so, please clear your cache and then temporarily deactivate the caching plugin. After that, to clear the page cache, press cmd/ctrl + Shift + R all together and check.

    I am still having the issue but have not had time to debug beyond enabling/disabling the caching plugin we use – this did not seem to have an effect.
