    After activating WooCommerce, the entire website is down with this error message:

    Exception thrown
    Invalid data store.

    Cannot access the admin panel either to deactivate the plugin.

    Hey @ucberkeleyreuse – oh no! That’s not great. Let’s see what we can do.

    First of all, I think it may be connected to an issue reported here. In order to figure out if this was the case, we’d need to see your server logs. Can you ask your hosting company for that? You can point to the issue I shared with you.

    What the problem is, is that one of the tools WooCommerce uses (the Action Scheduler) doesn’t have matching database tables. As a result it can’t store any information and that means that the tool is freaking out.

    Can you also ask your hosting company if they can run the MySQL script that is in that issue?
