    Hello.
I’ve been recording a series of errors with the WooCommerce Google Analytics Pro. The most recent one is this:

Uncaught Error: Call to a member function get_parent_id() on bool in /var/www/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce-google-analytics-pro/includes/class-sv-wc-tracking-integration.php:297

I don’t know how this is affecting our site but any help with how to fix this will be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks.

Try, to update woocommerce to the newest version. If the error persists please post the error on https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/woocommerce/ They will be best to resolve that.

    Hi there,

Call to a member function get_parent_id() on bool in /var/www/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce-google-analytics-pro/includes/class-sv-wc-tracking-integration.php:297

That error basically says that something in WooCommerce Google Analytics Pro is looking for a post ID (which needs a number) but it gets something other than a number and then says “Hey, what am I suppose to do with that?”. Maybe some kind of minor conflict or a result of missing posts (order that got trashed).

The error does not look serious to me, but I would keep an eye on the data of GA.

What do the other errors say?

    Kind regards,

    Thanks, Con.

Most of the other errors were saying there’s a duplicate analytics report but I have not installed any other analytics tool on my site.

    But appreciate you explaining that.
