I’m Andrea and I’ll help you with your request. After a check I see that on the photo it shows you an error, verifying to analyze the problem I would like to understand if you have customized the CSP rules to allow an iframe on the page.
Also looking at the DOM I see that an iframe has been blocked and you should declare it or in CSP
