Redux has no control over what themes do. It’s an options framework that allows the theme author to create an options panel and contains no API that interacts with WooCommerce. When Redux is disabled, all theme options default to whatever the programmer sets, thus bypassing any issue in the theme the option may introduce, and thus, Redux is blamed. I have addressed this many times in this forum. It’s a theme issue and needs to be reported to the theme author. We are unable to support themes that use Redux.
Good luck.
