• We’re using the GetWid blocks to show a table.

It stopped working after the recent WordPress update.

All the posts that used the table freeze and you can’t edit them or update them.

It makes it impossible to edit in WordPress.

Now we have to manually replace all the tables and do them again.

    Hello there!

Sorry to hear that you faced such an issue with the tables from our Getwid plugin after the latest WordPress update.

But I would like to inform you that I wasn’t able to reproduce the same issue locally. I used the WP Downgrade plugin to downgrade to WordPress version 6.2.1, then I created a separate page with a couple of different tables from Getwid (double-checked them to make sure not to use the default ones provided by WordPress itself), and then I updated WordPress to the latest version. After that, I checked the created page and I was able to edit the previously created tables without any issues. So there’s either something else that caused the issue that you described, or there’s a step that I’ve missed.

    Hello, @waxler

Please, ignore my response. I managed to reproduce the issue and already passed on all the info to our developers.

So I hope they come up with a solution in the next plugin release. Sorry for the inconvenience!

    Hello, @waxler

    I hope you’re doing well.

I’m glad to inform you that we’ve released a Getwid plugin version 2.0.1 where we resolved the issue with a Table block on the latest version of WordPress.

So make sure to update the plugin to its latest version and feel free to contact us in case there’s something we can help you with.
