    How to display the total time that has taken to close the topic by the agent. How to display this so admin and everyone can see it?

    Thank you for your query. We are extremely sorry to inform you that “Support Genix” currently does not have the feature to display the total time taken by the agent to close a ticket. However, we appreciate your suggestion and will consider implementing this feature in the future.
