Contact Form 7 Database not storing selected dropdown data

I have a form (lmis link is given) with the conditional fields (plugin name: Conditional Fields for Contact Form 7), and I was storing form data with your plugin (as suggested by above plugin author)
When I enter details in it, the database is storing all the drop-down entries instead of selected drop-down field data, I have attached a file of the entered data through the form.
