Hi @accordi, sorry for the delay.
I need to try replicating this on my dev site first. I am currently having problem with WPML license too 😑
Please give me a moment and I will share my thought here.
Kind regards,
Herman 😊
Hi @accordi,
I took long time on this, sorry.
Could you please share with us the exact steps to replicate it, as I think I also face problem with what shows up on the native Sidebar, i.e. even without using this plugin, on the translated pages.
I look forward to hearing from you.
Kind regards,
Herman 😊
Sorry Herman, I sent my reply by e-mail …
from my point of view the steps are very trivial:
- I create different sidebars depending on the pages (es. cart, payment) fol all users
The contents of sidebars are simple html buttons/links.
- In the first language everything works
- I translate the site with wpml, including the buttons (but I have also tried with other modules independent of a translation).
At this point the replacement of the main sidebar with the customised ones does not take place.
I have already contacted WPML support who asked me to replicate the settings in one of their test sites.
They could not help me.
They told me that, as the authors of the plug-in, you can contact them through the Go Global programme if you feel it is necessary to resolve the bug.
Hi @accordi,
If the thing you add to the Sidebar has been translated, it should work.
Would you mind sharing your site URL?
Kind regards,
Herman 😊
