Cannot select columns to display after activate this plugin

    If I deactivate this plugin, I can select what columns to be displayed on the Entries page. If I activate this plugin, this screen seems to be frozen (https://drive.google.com/open?id=1JA1P81cjJGplmnekr7kfr7NVguWzMVsC). The blue and red arrow buttons seem to be disabled, clicked but no effect. There maybe some conflicts in jquery versions of this plugin and gravity forms plugin.
