Cannot login wordpress

    Good day,

    I have been using Keyy as a two-step authencitator to login onto the backside of my website. It worked great! For two weeks I am unable to login using the app and therefor I dont have access to the backside of my website anymore.
    The app shows me the message: You have not yet connected Keyy to this website.’

    I cannot login to use the plugin to reconnect the app.

    Could anyone help me on this matter?

    Please send an email to “support@geykeyy.com” to raise a ticket if it is not already raised with confirming your emailaddress, any website you have connectted with keyy and your username which is connected with keyy for verification.

    As discussed, closing the thread as issue has been resolved and you are now able to connect to your website with Keyy.
