    Hi

We are currently in the process of transferring the domain to our server and were checking if the site is working correctly. So the current domain registrars are using both Elementor and Elementor Pro, so I just wanted to find out if the reason behind not being able to access the edit the page is due to this plugin or something else?

And if possible is there a way to check the site on which pages has the Elementor Pro plugin used?

    Thank you

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi there,

There could be several reasons why you might be unable to edit a page with Elementor or Elementor Pro. Here are some common issues and steps you can take to diagnose and resolve the problem:Common Issues and Solutions

    1. Plugin Conflicts:
      • Solution: Deactivate all plugins except Elementor and Elementor Pro. Then try to edit the page. If it works, reactivate the plugins one by one to identify the conflicting plugin.
    2. Theme Conflicts:
      • Solution: Switch to a default WordPress theme like Twenty Twenty-One or Twenty Twenty-Two and see if the issue persists. If it doesn’t, the problem might be with your theme.
    3. Outdated Plugins or Theme:
      • Solution: Ensure that both Elementor and Elementor Pro, as well as your theme, are updated to the latest versions.
    4. PHP Version:
      • Solution: Check if your server is running a compatible PHP version. Elementor recommends PHP 7.0 or higher.
    5. Memory Limit:
      • Solution: Increase the PHP memory limit. You can do this by adding define('WP_MEMORY_LIMIT', '256M'); to your wp-config.php file.
    6. Server Issues:
      • Solution: Ensure your server meets the Elementor system requirements. Sometimes server configurations can cause issues.

How to Check Which Pages Use Elementor Pro

To check which pages on your site are using Elementor Pro, you can use the following methods:

    1. Elementor Library:
      • Go to the Elementor Library from your WordPress dashboard by navigating to “Templates” > “Saved Templates”.
      • Check the list of templates. Templates marked as “Pro” indicate they are using Elementor Pro features.
    2. Manually Check Pages:
      • Edit each page and check if the “Edit with Elementor” button is available or if the title has an elementor in the page listing – https://prnt.sc/5QpO127pJrF-. If it is, the page is using Elementor. To see if it’s using Pro features, look for elements or widgets marked with a “Pro” badge within the Elementor editor.

By following these steps, you should be able to diagnose whether the issue is related to Elementor, Elementor Pro, or another aspect of your WordPress setup.

    Kind regards
