Can I use Motion Effects without js

I use “fade in” motion effect for section in elementor editor. The problem is hidden section if js are disable. Can I use css for this or something like this? I want to show content without any animation if js are disable in the browser. I have a lot of pages with this motion effects, remove animations for showing content will spend a lot of time. My main target are showing content.
