Both versions shows Fatal error when Activating the plugin

    Hi ProfileGrid,
    I’m working on a customer’s development server, not published yet. I tried to activate v4.2.1, it shows error. I updated to v4.8.5, I still got same fatal error. It would be very helpful if there’s any solution that I can follow? Thanks a lot.
    Fatal error:
    \wp-content\plugins\profilegrid-user-profiles-groups-and-communities\includes\class-profile-magic-activator.php(32): Profile_Magic_Activator->create_table() #6

    Hi @it4craigslist,

    Thanks for trying our ProfileGrid plugin!

    The above error states that it’s trying to create a database on the server but the database is not getting created. This can happen due to multiple reasons.
    Firstly, please check if you have free space on your server for creating databases. Secondly, check your server for any other issues/ errors that are stopping the plugin from creating a database on your server.
