    Help! I’m getting incredibly frustrated! I am using the WP Bakery and the free AIOSEO account.

    When putting in my content, the page analysis isn’t reading the information correctly. For example, it says ‘Focus keyphrase in content’ – not found – But it is, several times! ‘Focus keyphrase not in url’ – it is!!! Says no internal links – there are! Says no external links – There are!!!!! Is this a problem with WP bakery or the fact that I’m not using a paid version of AIOSEO?

    Hey @bbotterill, our free version fully supports WP Bakery so this is most likely just a bug. Could you perhaps create a video/screenshare or tell us which steps we need to take to replicate this issue on our end? Our support team will be happy to take a look.

    As you can see, even in the first paragraph there are internal and external links.

    My focus keyphrase is Realstar Group yet my report is telling me:

    • Your Focus keyphrase does not appear in the first paragraph. Make sure the topic is clear immediately.
    • Focus keyphrase Density is low at 0%, the Keyphrase appears 0 times. For better results, try to aim for more than 0.5%.
    • Focus keyphrase not found in content.
    • We couldn’t find any internal links in your content. Add internal links in your content.
    • No outbound links were found. Link out to external resources.

    Upon inspecting your page- https://dma-group.co.uk/realstar-group-selects-dma-to-deliver-ppm-ims/ I found the first <p tag contains- We value your privacy

    Could you please use the Health Check & Troubleshooting plugin (https://wordpress.org/plugins/health-check/) to debug possible conflicts by following these steps:

    1. Go to Plugins > Add New and install and activate the Health Check & Troubleshooting plugin.
    2. Go to Plugins > Installed Plugins and click on Troubleshoot below the All in One SEO plugin.
    3. This will temporarily disable all the plugins and switch to a default theme only for your user ID without impacting what your visitors see.
    4. Please check to see if you can reproduce the problem with the All in One SEO and WPBakery Page Builder plugin.
    5. Once you’re done troubleshooting, deactivate and delete the Health Check & Troubleshooting plugin.

    I’m a bit worried about using the plugin you suggested for troubleshooting as there are many reviews on it damaging the website and locking people out. Is there an alternative that can do this?

    Troubleshooting with the Health Check and Troubleshooting plugin is a common process in WordPress, developed by the WordPress Community.

    This will temporarily disable all other plugins and switch to the default WordPress theme only for your user ID without impacting what your visitors see.

    However, as an extra precaution, it’s recommended to back up the site before performing any troubleshooting.

    If you wish, you can also check for any theme/plugin conflicts by following these steps:

    1. Clear all caching and deactivate any caching or performance plugins. This also includes server caching such as Varnish and CDNs such as Cloudflare. You’ll need to clear your caches after any changes you make in the steps below.
    2. Now deactivate and reactivate All in One SEO and see if this resolves the problem.
    3. Next, Switch to the default WordPress theme (such as Twenty Twenty-Three). If the problem goes away, then you know it was caused by your theme.
    4. However, if the problem doesn’t go away after switching to the default WordPress theme, temporarily deactivate all plugins except All in One SEO. If the problem goes away, then you know it was caused by one of the plugins you deactivated. Reactivate each plugin one at a time until the problem reoccurs. This identifies which plugin is causing the issue.
