Ads are not loading in desktop and mobile. Sometime its show for one time and after refresh the page its gone.

Hello,
this has nothing to do with the plugin as it only inserts ad codes. Ad codes load ads:https://adinserter.pro/faq/how-ad-inserter-works
I checked your site and all the blocks are inserted as configured.
Some ad networks (eg. AdSense) sometime don’t serve ads:https://adinserter.pro/documentation/adsense-ads#ads-not-displayed
You can use debugging function Label blocks to diagnose insertions:https://adinserter.pro/documentation/debugging

This script should be add once time in header or footer? Means its good to add this script with every ad slots or not?
You can load it either in the header or with each ad.
