If you mean the email field on the payment form? No, that can’t be removed, it is integral to the functioning of the system.

You are right, it is Payment Form. I don’t want to remove it, I just want it to be optional, because in my country very few people know how to use email, and it gets in the way. Hope you can help

. I’m sorry, but it’s not possible to proceed without an email address, as all payment gateways require one to process the transaction.
I understand but my service is 100% direct payment and bank transfer. I probably won’t use other payment gateways. So please help me delete or remove the requirement of Email field

Notifications and receipts are sent via email, it’s really not possible to remove that field.
