    Hi LiteSpeed cache support team,

For some time now, I’ve been seeing this 520 error message at every step.

    Screenshot here:
    https://www.screencast.com/t/7u6X5EzP

I have to refresh the page each time to be able to continue!

Why do I get this message, and how can I get rid of it?

    Thank you,

as message indicates , the CDN server failed to connect to your origin server, this usually due to security measures

please make sure our IPs are whitelisted in your server https://quic.cloud/ips

    Hi @qtwrk,

    I referred to your page:
    https://www.quic.cloud/docs/onboarding/adding-quic-cloud-ips-to-allowlist/

But I have no idea how to do it.
As far as I know, I don’t have access to your LSWS.

Should I check with the host? Because in my opinion, they’re the ones who should be updating the “whitelist IPs”.

The host has chosen to use your LSWS servers. I think you should have a contract with them for this use.

they use LSWS doesn’t always mean they will whitelist our IPs , so yes, you could check with them.

    Hi @qtwrk,

I asked the hosting company to whitelist the IPs and was told that this was not allowed on shared servers.

I’d like to ask you about this 520 error message that appears, and we have to update the server IPs to remove it.

Does it appear because I’m using your DNS OR does it appear because I’m using your CDN?

    Thanks,

no, it’s not about DNS, 520 error means somehow the CDN server can not connect to your origin server.
