Hello there,

Please let me know 2 question:

1: where i can find the welcome message template for edit ? I realy don’t find it on e-mail templates list.

2: I have one single member level ( free for all members ). any ideea if it’s posible to add a redirect from member check out page to direct on the registration form ?!

Answer: Our plugin does not send a welcome email but a confirmation email (and it may be adjusted based on the gateway used).
More Details: Edit default welcome email in paid membership Pro

Answer: Could you please provide more specific details about what you would like to accomplish?

Hi there, thank you for reaching out to Paid Memberships Pro.
1. A Checkout (Free) and Checkout (Paid) template is present in the Email Templates editor and those are sent to members after purchasing/signing up for a membership.
2. Our plugin relies on the checkout process to happen on the Membership Checkout page for free and paid transactions – you can redirect them to a different page after checking out though, please let me know if you’d like the code recipe for this.

2: I will try to explian you.

On the first stept for register, the user will see the members plan:

Then, he select the member plan and he go to the register page.

But because i have ony one memmebr plan ( free ), I belive it’s not necesary the first step where he must select the member plan. It’s not posible to redirect the user direct on the register page?

Checkout – Free is for free purchases. And Checkout – Paid or Stripe would show further down in the list. The ones with (admin) next to it are whats sent to the admin.

You can link members directly to the Checkout page then in that instance and it will use the only level that is available as the default level.

Hello for point 1 I find the template.. It’s “check out free” template..:)

For point 2 i belive it’s work wit a redirect on .htacces !
