I was recently introduced to Vas, a Messaging technical advocate for Northern Trust, and was impressed how he just immediately jumped in and started addressing all kinds of questions for the client - Vas got the client talking and explaining what was going on and then just started helping.

Vas is a tremendous help to the team working at Northern Trust. He has helped clear up some confusion for the customer in the beginning and now has turned that hard work into trust with the customer. In fact the customer is now looking to expand their MQ environment before year end. The opportunity he has helped us build is $$$K and we didn't even have it on the table before he got involved.

I was so impressed with how he handled, what I considered a tough customer, that when Northwestern Mutual also asked for an advocate, we got Vas on this account also.
