💡 More and more people are training to become mediators from different professional backgrounds and for different reasons. While many are still looking to become practicing mediators, increasingly people are facing more and more interpersonal challenges and are looking for skills and processes to handle them. Team conflict is an on-going challenge for many organisations. It can come and go, with major flash points before temporarily simmering down. "The recent joint intervention by CEDR, Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb) and Civil Mediation Council (CMC) in the Churchill case which opened the way for courts to order mediation and other ADR processes.
