East Riding College Apprenticeship of The Year in Engineering has been awarded to our very own Ashley Ward! 👏 Since June 2018, Ashley had been a dedicated operator in our Encap Department. However, in September 2022, he applied for one of our engineering apprentice positions and began his apprenticeship journey. Alongside his apprenticeship, Ash pursued an HNC in Engineering and successfully completed it! He only has the final assessments left to finish for his apprenticeship qualification, and we wish him the best of luck. I had the pleasure with this lovely gentleman Rob who I’d first met/delivered training to 6 years ago on both CB B1 & R D1, the last 2 nights were a little different but the same sort of skills were definitely on show from Rob, we also had another chap on course called Dominik (No photo) who deserves a mention Both guys performed absolutely brilliantly, we also introduced some specific job procedures to ensure that both gents could perform this safely, correctly & accurately A massive well done to Dominik & Rob at INW Bee Health for successfully completing their Ped-Op Counterbalance A3 HL novice course Well done 👏 👏 👏 #rtitb #accredited
