The rule for those visas is that you cannot stay for more than 180 days on each visit. Departure dates and arrival dates do not figure into any kind of day count calculation, across the board for all visa types, so it's true for long-term visit visas also.– Gayot FowCommented May 6, 2016 at 16:30
