Brian is a licensed architect who began his real estate career in California, representing notable properties throughout the state, with an emphasis on the L.A. marketplace. Today, he works out of offices in both Austin and Beverly Hills, selling distinctive design-oriented homes. Rick’s background was in construction management before turning to residential sales. With over 20 years of experience, he has sold and leased luxury real estate throughout the region, including the Hollywood Hills, Malibu, Santa Barbara and desert communities known for stunning mid-century modernism. Not only do Rich and Brian sell homes, they have also been hands-on in the process of building, restoring and improving them. This adds a deep perspective when it comes to advising owners on their property needs.
