Now, we’re inviting you to join our email newsletter, so we can further demonstrate the things that make us tick.
We typically send out four emails per month featuring handpicked examples of design-oriented real estate. These are either available properties, or those we anticipate coming soon. We believe in architecture as fine art, and the listings we send will be those we view as architecturally significant. These include timeless historic estates, mid-century modern houses and distinctive new contemporary trends.
One thing we won’t share, however, is any of your personal information. Nor will we spam you with useless stuff. That’s not what we are about.
The Value of Architecture was founded by Brian Linder, AIA, a licensed architect who began his career in California, selling some of the most iconic mid-century and contemporary homes in the region. Rick Grahn started out in construction management before turning to real estate representation, from luxury beachfront properties to desert modernism.
Today, Brian and Rick have offices in Beverly Hills and Austin, and are affiliated with Compass—a digital startup that has grown into the nation’s largest independent real estate brokerage. The intersection of an innovative tech platform with architecture brokers in two major cities, is unique in our business.
