Are you looking for an easy way to create a WordPress form with repeatable fields? If yes, this article is just the thing for you.

Adding repeater fields in a WordPress form has many benefits. It helps you create concise and engaging forms without missing any important details from users as it empowers users to add the required fields by themselves.

So, the WordPress repeater field can boost the functionality and flexibility of your website’s form to deliver a great user experience.

Hence, we’ve created a comprehensive guide to help you add a repeater field in WordPress. But before we learn about creating WordPress form repeatable fields, let’s discuss what a repeater field is and why you need it.

What is a Repeater Field in WordPress and Why Do You Need It?

WordPress form repeater fields are those fields that can be created by duplicating the available fields of the form. Thus, users can submit multiple data simply by adding the same field using the form’s Add button option.

Let’s say, you want your user to fill out the form and give details of their family members. Naturally, you’re not aware of how many members each user has. But you have to create sufficient fields for every member a user may have. Hence in such cases, the WordPress form requires repeatable fields.

To be more precise, when you provide the repeatable fields for such WordPress form, users can add as many family members as they have without worrying about the remaining fields. At the same time, as an admin, you don’t have to create large numbers of fields for the family members.

Hence, it’s a good idea to place a WordPress form with repeatable fields on your site too. All you need is a plugin that offers the repeater field feature.

Thankfully, Everest Forms provides a premium add-on to help you create a repeater field. So, in this article, we’ll show you how to add a repeater field in WordPress using the Everest Forms plugin and its Repeater Field add-on.
