Below we’ve explained the steps in detail, following which you can easily add repeatable fields in a WordPress form.
Step 1. Select the Best WordPress Form Builder Plugin

Step 2. Install and Activate Everest Form Plugin
To install the plugin, go to the WordPress dashboard first. Then, navigate to Plugins >> Add New.
You’ll see a new page with featured plugins along with the search bar for the plugins on the top-right corner of the page. Type in Everest Forms in the search bar. When you see the plugin in the search results, click Install Now button and then Activate the plugin.
Now, you have a free version of Everest Forms on your WordPress site.
Step 3. Install the Repeater Field Add-on
Creating a regular contact form using the free version of Everest Forms is possible. However, you’ll require a premium version of the plugin in order to install the repeater field add-on.
Among the four plans for the premium version of Everest Forms, the Repeater Fields add-on is available for the Professional and Agency plan only. So, you need to choose any one among these two plans.
Therefore, head over to the official pricing page, buy the plan of your choice and set up your account.
Following this, log in to your Everest Forms account, and you’ll now see the Dashboard for your account. Go to the Downloads tab, look for the Everest Forms Pro add-on, and download the file. It’ll be saved on your device as a ZIP file.
At the same time, look for the Everest Forms Repeater Fields add-on in the same Downloads tab and download the add-on.
Also, remember to note the license key you receive after purchasing the premium version of Everest Forms. You’ll find this in the License Keys tab of your account dashboard.
It’s now time to go to the WordPress dashboard to install the add-ons on your site. So, go to Plugins >> Add New, and click on Upload Plugin. Upload the Everest Forms Pro ZIP file, after which you can click on the Install Now button and Activate it as well.
You’ll now need to enter the license key for Everest Forms Pro. Just copy the License Key from the License Keys tab we talked about before, and paste it into the field under Everest Forms (Pro) on the Installed Plugins page.

Therefore, your WordPress site’s Plugins page must have these three plugins: Everest Forms, Everest Forms Pro, and Everest Forms Repeater Fields.

Step 4. Create WordPress Form with Repeatable Fields
To create a WordPress form repeatable fields, go to Everest Forms >> Add New from your WordPress dashboard.

Now, give a name to your form. Just like we’ve named it “Contact Form,” you can provide any name suitable to you.
A new page appears on your screen that looks something like given below. It’s the interface for the form builder page of Everest Forms.
Now, let’s start building the contact form using its drag and drop interface. You can drag and drop any fields you need for your form. However, they’ll appear as normal fields on the form.
So, to create a repeater field, click on the Add Repeater Row option beside the Add Row button.
You can then drag and drop the required fields for your repeater row.

Step 5. Customize and Configure Form Settings
Since you’ve completed adding the required fields to the Repeater Row, it’s time to customize the form fields for the Repeater Row.
Simply click on Repeater Fields, and on the left-hand side of the same page, you’ll see the Field Options for them.
The Field Options has three properties:
- Label: Lets you add field label for the Repeater Fields.
- Meta Key: This lets you add a custom meta key, although we don’t recommend changing the meta key unless necessary.
- Description: This lets you add a description to the field.
Furthermore, you’ll also see the advanced options at the bottom, consisting of:
- Hide Repeater Field: Enabling this option, you can hide the repeater fields.
- Repeat Limit: This lets you add the maximum number of repetitions for the repeater fields.
- Add New Label: You can change the text of the “Add” button.
- Remove Label: You can change the text of the “Remove” button.
- Hide Label: This lets you hide the repeater field label.
- CSS Classes: This lets you add a custom CSS class to the repeater field.
Next, Everest Forms has a conditional logic feature as shown in the picture above. Hence, you can even enable the conditional logic option to use Conditional Logic in the Repeater Field.
Likewise, for the overall settings of the WordPress form, go to Settings >> General. From here, you can change the form name, its description, edit the message that appears to the user after form submission, and so on.
Furthermore, it has the option to enable anti-spam, Ajax form submission, entries dashboard analytics, while the disabling option is also available for storing entry information.
Likewise, you can go to Settings >> Email to configure your email notifications. From here, you can easily set the to and from email addresses for the delivery of the email.

Step 6. Add the Form to Your WordPress Page

Select and open the page or post where you want to add the form, then add the block from the editor by clicking on the [+] icon.
