Steve McCarthy is an Irish illustrator currently based in London, his work is inspired by the magic realism that pervades Irish culture, ancient myth and legend. He previously worked as a key background designer for Cartoon Saloon, on films such as Song Of the Sea. He is currently working on his first self authored children's book.
