We identified the issue to be affecting users located in all regions where they might experience problems to complete signatures in Smart Docs

Our engineers are actively working on the fix and we will provide an update as soon as possible

As we continue to investigate the issue, we found that there is an error on one of our partners end leading to signatures for smart docs to not be processed
