Star Wars Galactic Adventures is an illustrated children's storybook from Disney–Lucasfilm Press that adapts events from the Star Wars original trilogy. The title was written by Megan Ilnitzki and Brooke Vitale and was published on July 20, 2015 as part of the Star Wars Storytime Tin box set.

Star Wars Galactic Adventures is a collection of three tales adapted from the Star Wars original trilogy. Each story retells a specific sequence of events from one of the films.

Development[]

Star Wars Galactic Adventures was not given a wide release by Disney–Lucasfilm Press and only a limited number of copies of the book were printed as part of a custom "BTMS" box set, Star Wars Storytime Tin.^[2] All of the titles in the collection recycle art by Pilot Studio that was previously published as part of the World of Reading series of books. However, all the text written for the stories are wholly original.

The stories published in Star Wars Galactic Adventures would later be republished in 5-Minute Star Wars Stories, a 2015 children's storybook that received a wider release.^[4] Other custom publications such as Star Wars Galactic Stories: 7 Stories from a Galaxy Far, Far Away....^[5] and a 2016 reissue of Galactic Adventures.^[6]
