Training Session on Emotional Intelligence for Focus and Stress Management At DVS Advisory Group, we believe in the holistic well-being of our team, and our recent training session truly reflected this commitment. We were privileged to have Ms. Abitha Venkataraman, Holistic Wellness Coach, lead us through three enlightening sessions on Emotional Intelligence for Focus and Stress Management. Over the course of the training, we delved into: *Understanding our emotions and perceptions. *Differentiating between Eustress (Good Stress) and Distress. Various effective techniques for managing stress and enhancing focus.
