They prepared the new location, moved materials, painted, and set up the workshop. Their dedication to customer care, both at the branch and at customers' homes, has earned them loyal clients even from other regions. Niki and Kurt have also pioneered in selling additional products, focusing on windshield wipers. Congratulations to Niki and Kurt! Group HR are just back on Swedish ground after having spent a few days in the UK with the local Country HR team. 🇬🇧 We have had some great days of information and best practice sharing, including presentations from both teams. Cary UK has been through an extensive integration and transformation journey and the team has done a great job. It’s been great and insightful to deep dive into the projects and processes that have been run locally. 💪 It is also great to experience on site, the value that the projects that we initiate from Group bring and that the UK are very naturally aligned with the Group People Strategy. 🌍🚙🚘🚌 Thanks again for your hospitality and for your commitment! 🙏😊

Cary Group acquires Elkjærgruppen Cary Group has acquired 80 percent of Elkjærgruppen, a car collision network with 6 workshops located on Zealand, Denmark. Elkjærgruppen was founded in 1955 by John and Peter Elkjær as Elkjærs Autolakering and has been in the family’s ownership since. In 2011 the business expanded from only paint to full-service body and paint shop. Elkjærgruppen has a strong reputation among insurance companies and a high customer satisfaction. Cary Group already owns Crashpoint in Denmark, active in damage reapair. “We are very happy to welcome Elkjærgruppen to the Cary Group family. With the acquisition we now have a strong national coverage within car collision in the whole of Denmark. Elkjærgruppen will serve as a great addition to our existing company within body repair and collision, Crashpoint, who has workshops located in Jutland. Elkjærgruppen is, as many of the companies that joins our Group, family owned with an entrepreneurial spirit. It is a well-managed company with a solid financial history. Exciting Lunch & Learn at Cary Group HQ! Today, we had the pleasure of hosting an insightful Lunch & Learn session at our office. The topics covered were crucial for our growth and success: Employer Branding, Recruitment Strategy, and Recruitment Campaigns. Our very own HR Specialist, Jacob Lundahl, led the presentation and shared valuable insights on how to enhance Cary Group employer brand, how our HR team optimize our recruitment strategies and run effective recruitment campaigns. A big thank you to Jacob for his engaging presentation. 💫

Last week Cary Group hosted an engaging Marketing, Communications, Sales, and Sustainability Summit, bringing together colleagues from our various international markets. The event was an excellent opportunity to share best practices and recognize outstanding initiatives in each field. The summit featured a presentation of Cary Group's new CRM system, Lime, which aims to enhance our customer relationship management capabilities across all markets. A highlight of the event was the guest speaker, Henrik Larsson Broman, who held an insightful presentation on the opportunities of AI in the future of marketing and sales. In addition the summit provided opportunity for attendees to connect with colleagues from different countries, promoting collaboration within the Cary Group. Idag deltar vår VD Anders Jensen under SM i Ung Företagsamhet där han har ett av årets viktigaste uppdrag som jurymedlem i "Årets Tillväxtbolag". SM i Ung Företagsamhet är en nationell arena med fokus på att utveckla alla ungas företagsamhet – för en positiv samhällsutveckling. Anders Jensen startade sin entreprenörsresa på riktigt när han grundade Samglas AB som senare såldes till Ryds Bilglas AB innan Ryds Bilglas blev del av koncernen Cary Group. Trots att Cary Group de senaste tre åren vuxit med över 40% per år är Anders noga med att bibehålla den entreprenöriella känslan och styrningen i Cary Group. "Att få vara med i juryn för SM i Ung Företagsamhet och Årets tillväxtföretag är ett ärofyllt uppdrag där jag ser fram emot att få inspireras och imponeras av årets unga entreprenörer. Entreprenörskap är en resa bestående av innovation, risktagande och beslutsamhet. Att ha en tydlig vision i kombination med strategiskt tänkande anser jag vara viktiga delar i bolagsbyggande", säger Anders Jensen VD Cary Group.

We’ve just said our goodbyes to our international colleagues in HR across the group after having spent 1,5 days together in Stockholm during our HR Summit. 🌎🚗🚙🚎 We have shared focus areas and ongoing processes in our respective countries, and we have paved the way for further support of each other and best practice sharing in our global HR team. In preparation for the launch of the group's new leadership profile, which will take place next week, the HR team has had the opportunity to try out various exercises. Cary Group has presence in 10 different markets. Operating in diverse markets requires a joint understanding of our different consumer behaviors and regulatory landscapes to be able to make strategic decisions. To gather cross-cultural insights and stay agile in innovation, we promote knowledge sharing to create a sense of being part of something bigger. Last Wednesday the Cary Group teams from Operations and Finance invited colleagues from our different countries to Vaxholm Kastell for a joint two day summit focusing on sharing best practices, insights, challenges, and solutions. Invited to share knowledge on AI in Automotive industry was Anders Suneson and Juho Häppölä from McKinsey & Company. While in Vaxholm we also took the opportunity for some team building fun at the Fortress, solving tricky tasks using team work as key.
