The statue looks great, however, the base is pretty poorly made. I have had to fold pieces of paper to put underneath it to stop it from wobbling, kind of like you do with an uneven table.

I think that’s pretty bad for £250 but as I said, the statue does look cool. It’s a simple enough fix but 3 stars for the price and lack of stability compared to the price seems fair.

For the price, they could at least include a physical copy of the base game. It is also missing the art book. Upon further investigation, it seems like production of the art book was unable to meet the deadline to be included in this edition. Very disappointing.

The figure itself is OK but not really worth the price. In my opinion, the figure included in the collectors edition of the base game looks much better.

Superbe édition collector, arrivée en parfait état.
La figurine de Messmer est d'une excellente qualité et le DLC d'Elden Ring, Shadow of the Erdtree, vaut réellement le coup. Je le recommande pour tous les amoureux du genre, j'ai dû mettre une quarantaine ou cinquantaine d'heures à le compléter en faisant le tour de la map, il est absolument magnifique dans ses environnements. Je me suis souvent arrêté pour prendre des captures des différents paysages que je croisais.
PS: J'ai commandé mon collector ici car non contents de m'avoir prélevé 2 collectors lors des pré_commandes le jour de l'annonce, Bandai Namco m'ont en plus annulé l'envoi de ces derniers sans le notifier sur le site. Je me suis donc retrouvé à chercher en urgence un collector qui pourrait encore être disponible, loupant par la même occasion le bonus de pré-commande.

La figurine n'est pas de mauvaise qualité, mais ils ne se sont pas non plus foulée.

Le gros problème c'est le rapport qualité prix.
Pas de steelbook avec un jeu physique ,juste un code PSN ,certe c'est un DLC mais personnellement je voulais passé à la version PS5 après avoir joué sur PS4(et au delà de ça pour ceux qui l'avais déjà ça leur permettait de revendre leurs version classique .).

L'artbook n'est pas là, il y a un code pour le commander lorsque les stocks serons réapprovisionné (bon déjà c'est ridicule et pourquoi devoir en faire la demande ? Tout simplement prévenir de la rupture et de l'attente nécessaire avant le 2ème colis.).

Et pas de petits ajout qu'on peut trouver dans la plupart des collectors,stickers,poster etc... certe des goodies pas très utiles mais qui donnent du volume à une édition collector.

Celle-là est rachitique ,surtout au vu de son prix,vous pouvez achetez de bien plus belles figurines même en enlevant le prix du dlc et du jeu de base.
Bref,aucun effort.

Più che collector's edition sembra una collezione di foglietti, dato che l'unico elemento fisico è la statuina mentre il resto sono tre voucher per scaricare il DLC, per richiedere l'artbook (che avrei dovuto trovare già nel box della collector) e per ottenere punti sullo store bandai.

La statuina è comunque ben fatta, peccato per i tratti del viso completamente assenti. Nel complesso, la collector è decisamente sovraprezzata e non vale assolutamente 250€, considerando che il gioco base "Elden ring" non è incluso e quindi il DLC risulta inutilizzabile per tutti coloro che non possiedono la versione base.

Su quest'ultimo punto mi esprimo riguardo al supporto Amazon, che è stato davvero scandaloso. La descrizione del prodotto (che a seguito delle mie segnalazioni non è ancora stata corretta) riporta quanto segue: "L'edizione ELDEN RING Shadow of the Erdtree è un bundle che include il gioco base ELDEN RING e l'espansione Shadow of the Erdtree; il gioco base sarà su disco".

Questo lascia intendere che chi acquista questa versione da Amazon si troverà, oltre al box della collector, anche il disco del gioco base. Una volta ricevuto l'ordine e resomi conto dell'assenza del disco base, contatto il supporto Amazon il quale, senza aver nemmeno verificato la correttezza di quanto scritto nella pagina del prodotto, ha confermato che nel pacco avrei dovuto trovare il box da collezione + il gioco fisico (cosa non vera) e che avrei necessariamente dovuto fare denuncia ai carabinieri per manomissione del pacco (manomissione che non c'è mai stata perché la descrizione era sbagliata, ma nessuno ha voluto fare le opportune verifiche nonostante i miei solleciti). I vari operatori (sia in chat che chiamata) mi obbligavano di fatto a fare la denuncia, "minacciando" che in caso contrario mi avrebbero bloccato il reso (e quindi non avrei avuto i soldi indietro).

Mi fanno venire un'ansia pazzesca, chiamo il comando dei carabinieri e descrivo l'accaduto (anche a loro sembrava assurda l'intera situazione) e solo perché non sono un tipo frettoloso decidiamo di aspettare a fare la denuncia in attesa che arrivi il prodotto sostitutivo (che ero riuscito a richiedere dall'applicazione senza parlare con un operatore, e in questo caso non ho dovuto fare né denunce né altro), nella speranza di ricevere quanto mi aspettavo sin dall'inizio. Faccio presente che il supporto per chat/chiamata non mi ha mai proposto la sostituzione, anzi non ha fatto altro che mettermi un muro davanti.

Arriva il pacco sostituivo e la situazione è praticamente invariata. Scrivo dunque al "supporto" Amazon, che stavolta, su mio stesso suggerimento, afferma l'errore della descrizione (non era possibile che qualcuno prendesse il disco dal pacco per ben due volte) ma se ne lava completamente le mani. Non una scusa, non un rimborso parziale per il tempo perso, lo stress causatomi e le energie spese per qualcosa che non avrei nemmeno dovuto affrontare. Semplicemente il problema era mio (evidentemente, in quanto cliente, sono bravo solo a pagare e per il resto niente).

Esperienza con Amazon terribile e fuori dal normale, e supporto incompetente.

Ricapitolando, per 250€ vi portate a casa:
1. La statuetta (bellina), che però non considererei 46cm perché almeno 10cm sono solo di lancia
2. Il Voucher del DLC SENZA il disco base (quindi inutilizzabile se non avevate già il gioco)
3. Il voucher per richiedere la spedizione dell'artbook che doveva già essere incluso nel pacco (dell'artbook digitale inserito come "scuse" me ne faccio poco). Qui apro un punto sulla pagina di richiesta di Bandai Namco: una volta compilato il form, non arriva una mail di conferma né altro. Semplicemente, se dopo le loro verifiche decideranno che è tutto ok, riceverete il tracking della spedizione (così, sulla fiducia)

5. Codice per la soundtrack digitale (credo)
