To get the Sensei San achievement in Bitlife, you will need to earn the highest belt in every single martial art in the game. Getting every belt in martial in Bitlife requires practicing each one until you eventually master the martial art by earning the last belt.

That said, you can start practicing martial arts via lessons in Bitlife when you turn eight years old. When this happens, you will need to find the mind and body tab and click it.

Under the mind and body tab, there will be another tab activity called martial arts. Click it and then choose from five martial arts as listed below.

Once you start practicing a martial art, you will need to continue practicing and taking lessons by visiting the martial arts tab and clicking continue practicing (martial art).

Every time you click this option, you will also earn a new belt, and you will need to keep earning these belts until you earn the last belt. Here are all of the top belts for all martial arts in Bitlife.

Repeat these steps with the other four martial arts, and you will earn the Sensei Sam achievement in Bitlife. However, you'll need a good job because each lesson you take in martial arts after you turn 18 will run around 1k per practice.
